Additional support: We have an Employee Assistance Program accessible by employees and their family members 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, which offers confidential counselling free of charge to help them manage a range of personal and work-related challenges and concerns. Also, FINTRAC’s Ombuds Office for Workplace Wellness provides a trusted, safe, impartial and informal forum for employees to share their personal or workplace issues or concerns that impact their mental health. The Office also helps employees navigate the various resources and systems that are available when they need them.
